Privacy
PipRail is a library you install, not a service you join. Most privacy policies describe what a company does with your data. This one mostly describes what it is structurally unable to collect.

No accounts, ever
There is nothing to sign up for. PipRail has no login, no dashboard and no user records, so there is no account data to hold, lose or hand over.
No backend to collect anything
The SDK and the MCP server run on your machine and talk to the blockchain RPC endpoint you configure. Nothing is proxied through a PipRail server, because there is no PipRail server.
No keys, no funds
Private keys stay in your process. Payments go straight from your wallet to the recipient. PipRail never holds, routes or can move your money.
The software: @piprail/sdk and @piprail/mcp
Neither package sends telemetry, usage statistics, crash reports or any other data to PipRail. There is no endpoint for them to send it to. Both are MIT-licensed and public, so this is a claim you can check rather than one you have to accept: github.com/piprail/piprail.
The network requests the SDK makes are the ones you ask it to make: to the blockchain RPC endpoint in your configuration, and to the paywalled URL your agent is paying. Both are addresses you chose. Blockchain transactions are, by design, public and permanent on the chain you send them to; that is a property of the chain, not of PipRail.
This website
piprail.com and docs.piprail.com use Google Analytics 4, so we can tell whether anybody is reading. It records the usual aggregate things: pages viewed, approximate location from IP, browser and device, and the site that referred you. It sets cookies in your browser to do that.
The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses. We do not run advertising, tracking pixels, or any third-party script beyond the analytics tag above.
To opt out of the analytics, visit piprail.com/?ga_optout=1 once in this browser. The choice is stored locally and survives until you clear site data; ?ga_optout=0 undoes it. Browser Do Not Track and content blockers work as normal.
If you email us, we keep the email so we can reply to it. That is the whole of it: no newsletter, no mailing list, and your address is not passed to anybody or used for anything else.
Your rights
We hold no account for you, so in almost every case there is nothing to access, correct or delete. Where we do hold something, an email you sent us, ask and it goes. Analytics data is aggregate and not linked to a name; the opt-out above is the practical control.
Changes
If PipRail ever collects something this page does not describe, this page changes first. The site is open source, so a change here is a public commit with a date on it.
